Based on Article 13 of the Swiss Federal Constitution and the data protection provisions of the Swiss Confederation (Data Protection Act, DPA), every person has the right to protection of their privacy and to protection against misuse of their personal data. Google reCAPTCHA

We use Google reCAPTCHA on our website. The operator is Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. The purpose of reCAPTCHA is to check whether the data input on our website (e.g. in a contact form) is made by a human or by an automated programme. For this purpose, reCAPTCHA analyses the behaviour of the website visitor on the basis of various characteristics. This analysis begins automatically as soon as the visitor enters the website. For the analysis, reCAPTCHA evaluates various information (e.g. IP address, time spent by the visitor on the website or mouse movements made by the user). The data collected during the analysis is forwarded to Google. The reCAPTCHA analyses run entirely in the background. Website visitors are not informed that an analysis is taking place. The operator has a legitimate interest in protecting its web offers from abusive automated spying and from SPAM. Google Tag Manager

We use the Google Tag Manager to manage external services. The Tag Manager tool itself is a cookie-less domain and does not collect any personal data. Rather, the tool provides for the triggering of other tags, which in turn may collect data (these services are listed in this privacy policy). If you have opted out at the domain or cookie level, this will remain in place for all tracking tags implemented with Google Tag Manager.

Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited (www.google.com). Google Analytics data processing is carried out by Google LLC. Google LLC and Google Ireland Limited Google Analytics uses so-called cookies, which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyse how users use the site. Use of social plugins from Xing and LinkedIn

In some places on our website, so-called social plugins of the social networks Xing and LinkedIn are used. LinkedIn is operated by LinkedIn Corporation, 2029 Stierlin Court, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Xing is operated by XING AG, Dammtorstraße 29-32, 20354 Hamburg, Germany.
